To meet future demands and manage our responsibilities, we need to increase our digitization; therefore, we are strengthening our team responsible for operations and maintenance with a Documentation Technician.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a documentation technician at Växjö Energi Elnät, we offer you a varied and exciting job where you will work with both technical and facility-related documentation. The work involves taking care of, updating, and quality assuring the documentation.
With the help of IT-based support systems such as NIS (dpSpatial), CAD, and business systems (IFS), and in close collaboration with colleagues, suppliers, and consultants, we solve the tasks together!
Examples of job responsibilities:
- Work with technical facility documentation
- Handle rights and authority decisions such as easements, pipeline rights, and building permits
- Participate in investment projects and maintenance projects
- Engage in improvement and development work
- Document routines and work methods
- Provide support, assistance, and guidance to colleagues
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school education in natural sciences or technology
- We value experience working with NIS systems and documentation
- We value experience in the field of electrical power
- We value experience in reading drawings
- We value experience with business systems
You need to be communicative and team-oriented, with a good ability to create relationships and collaborate, as the role involves a lot of cooperation, interaction, and contacts with users and external parties. Therefore, you must have a strong ability to communicate both verbally and in writing. The position requires very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written. You also have the ability to see the big picture and to plan and follow up on work.
Your working style is structured, and you take initiative, are driven, and solution-focused when situations change, and you need to prioritize. You have the ability to independently gather the necessary information to drive your work forward and translate needs and ideas into practical solutions. We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities, where the ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate is valued.
We would like you to have an interest in renewable energy, community planning, and sustainability issues.

Due to Växjö Energi's operations and the nature of the tasks, a security check with a background check will be conducted as part of the recruitment process. As a permanent employee, you will typically be placed in our organization for wartime service.
